What to email about
- Bugs and confusing results: tell us which tool you used, what you expected and what happened instead. A browser and device detail can help too.
- Tool ideas: suggestions are welcome when they solve a clear, everyday problem.
- Partnerships and affiliates: include the website, project or straightforward proposal you have in mind.
- Privacy: send questions about personal data, cookies or how a tool handles your content. The Privacy Policy has the longer version.
A quick note
Catpool does not offer an urgent support SLA, so please do not rely on email for time-critical help. We aim to reply within 1 to 3 business days, although a detailed reply may take longer. Please never send passwords, API keys, payment details or private documents. If you are reporting a problem, a short description or a safe example is enough.
